Watson stars for Australia!!!

The third match of the series between Australia and West Indies was played yesterday at St. Johns. Ponting won the toss and elected to field first. West Indies openers played aggressively and scored 86 for the first wicket.Both Gayle and Marshall played well with Gayle scoring a quick fire 53. West Indies looked like putting up a huge total but however lost their way in the second half. They managed to score just 223. When Australia went into bat they lost their opener Shaun Marsh when the score was 1. Then Ponting and Watson played brilliantly and put on a mammoth 190 run partnership. Ponting scored 69 while Watson scored a brilliant century to guide Australia home. Watson was named the man of the match.
