
The second test between Australia and West Indies is being played in Antigua. At the end of Day 2 the aussies have the upper hand as West Indies trail by 354 runs with 7 wickets remaining. Earlier Australia went into bat and scored a mammoth 479 for 7 declared. This innings saw centuries from Katich and Clarke and handy innings of 65 and 63 by Ponting and Lee respectively. It was West Indies turn to bat and they got off to a flier. Openers Marshall and Devon Smith put on a 50 run partnership before Smith fell to Johnson. Then it was the Clarke show with the ball. He picked up two important wickets sending back Marshall and Morton in the same over. West Indies were 125 for 3 at stumps with Sarwan and Chanderpaul still in the crease.
