Microsoft is all set to release the second beta version of Internet Explorer 8. Microsoft believed that this will be released before the end of October and a manager in the technical support group confirmed this and also warned Web designers to start adding a new tag to their sites. IE8's beta version 1 released around 3 months ago. IE8 beta version is not in widespread use as of now. Before it could be a success microsoft's decision to release another version sounds weird.
