Does anyone know who made the most number of ODI centuries in a year?

It is none other the master batsmen Sachin Tendulkar himself. The great did it in the year 1998 when he got 8 centuries. He also holds the record for the maximum aggregate of runs for that year. He is followed by Saurav Ganguly with seven centuries in 2000.
