Well google seems to be in problem. This time due to via com. Viacom is all set to sue in a $1 billion lawsuit against Google. Viacom says that users should have been allowed to upload the copy write contents in services like you tube. But, Google defends its act saying that if it has been followed then services like You tube would have found it difficult to take off the ground.
