The first of the semifinals between Rajasthan Royals and Delhi Daredevils was a one sided encounter. Rajasthan went into bat and they marched along to 192 thanks to wonderful performances by Watson, Pathan and Asnodkar. It was Delhi's turn to bat and all depended on the start which Gambhir and Sehwag gave. But Warnie had other ideas. Watson bowled beautifully and he was successful in removing the top three. Then Warnie and Munaf joined the party by picking up 2 wickets each. Delhi were bowled out for a mere 87 giving Rajasthan a 105 runs win. They marched into the finals. They will meet the winner of Punjab and Chennai. The finals will be held on the 1st of June.
